It SNOWED today!!!!
My FIRST TIME experiencing snow in the city :)
(I know I went to Melbourne to ski but that just seems different)
The blanket of white was verrry pretty and thankfully, my exams are OVER which means they won't be further postponed since my mountain located university closes when there's a snow in.
Pity the poor things who thought they had their last exams today...
I'm terribly jakun right now but what the heck! And to think, there might be a white Christmas!! My first Christmas here and that possibility :)))
One meddlesome thing though... needed to scrape the ice off.
I know I promise Ju that I'd take a video when it was snowing but by the time I woke up (not too early), it kinda stopped snowing.
Anyway...
Let's move on!
Dinner @ Erik's and Clubbing @ Mirage (11th of December, 2008)
Conventional home where the ladies cook and the men... just sit & wait. And were of barely any help. Especially one that was sleeping like a pig.
Proudly presenting, my white wine pasta! :)
...And Sue's delish roasted spare ribs! It was soooo gooood.
Clockwise: Erik, Me, Kim & Sue.
After dinner, I had to rush to make it for the guest list to party it up with my classmates.
Get this.
Thursday night... and we had to be there BEFORE 9.30pm.
Clubs in Vancouver are weird. Jeebs.
I recall getting ready at 11pm before going clubbing in Malaysia, lol.
But at least they have some stunts going on...
FLAMESSSS!
Me fellow Econ-ers.
Me & Nicole.
The ladies: Nicole, Theresa, Me & Meghan.
The boys: Igor, Brad & Brian.
Brian.
Brad.
Igor; showing us the infamous look our Econ teacher always gives us... haha!!
Brian.. just posing.
With the boysss.
And the ladiessss.
Pretty fun night!
The club looked pretty good actually.
It was definitely one of the better, fun nights I had clubbing in Vancouver :)

Heya! May I know where did you get the recipe for the white wine pasta?
Hehe. It'll be great if you can share this recipe :D
The recipe is actually Jason's.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms, bacon, capers, thyme, white wine, olive oil, onions, angel hair pasta, cherry tomatoes, parmesan chese, salt & pepper...
I don't think I'm leaving anything out?
It's really simple and easy!
Just cook the mushrooms and bacon first with the onions and olive oil and leave a pot of boiling pasta (salted). And then throw in some white wine, thyme, cherry tomatoes. Salt it as much as you want and add pepper if you like. Then throw in the pasta, cook it a little bit more (you can add more olive oil, salt & pepper accordingly) and once it's done, finish off with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Good luck!
wooooot! Thanks!!! This is definitely gonna be added into my "cookbook" lol.
