YAY!!
Am back in Melbourneeee :)
Didn't think I'd come back here for a long time.
And the best, best, best part is---
I FINALLY GOT MY DSLR!!!
(not so pro but... good enough for a camho like meee)
Gonna be snapping pics like ca-ray-zeh!
But I need to finish up with my uber slowmo updating...
Starting first up with--
Lost in Sungai Chiling (9th of Feb, 2009)
I still can't believe we got lost... I solely blame it on Joh.
Hehe. Okay, fine. Maybe the rest of us (Me, Julie & Kenz) should've paid attention instead of relying on Joh...
Sungai Chilinggggg.
Starting of our journey.... TO HELLL!! Or our misconception of "nature walk".
This was how the trail was supposed to look like all the way...
Our starting point. Which we were VERY, VERY happy to see 6 hours later.
Slowly getting rough. I believe we took the wrong route from here onwards.
First mishap.
Some pretty gross looking plants. Any one know what they're called?
Still can pretend to be hunky dory even though we were desperately lost.
The power of Crocs.
We found the river. But we didn't find THE waterfall :(

Back to work...
Still can pose... but to be fair, we haven't reached the grueling part of our adventure yet.

A waterfall... the obvious wrong one though.

Joh; working hard to get us out of the mess.
And it went downhill from there..
Couldn't bring myself to take any pictures then. Was too stressed out and to be frank, pretty damn scared.
But about 2 hours later--
SUCCESS!!
*wipes sweat*
Okay, I'll try to keep up with my updating...
Might be a little tough trying to do that while I'm in Aussieland but I'll do my best :)

Looks like a pretty fun hike!great to know ur such an outdoor person =) have fun in melb!what dslr didja get4urself?
it was fun!... until we got deathly lost.. that wasn't too fun. but it's all goood!
brian actually got the dslr for me. just gave him a budget ;p it's a sony. i am such a noobie at cams that i honestly have NO idea what it's called. hahaha, should be something i oughtta find out.
but i just like snapping away! complete novice but it's just... for fun ;) probably should start getting tips from good photographers!
